We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD, inclusive of product costs but exclusive of shipping fees and applicable taxes (calculated at checkout). Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation to initiate processing for Trendy New Products, Street Dressing, or Personalized Design items.
Within 15 minutes of placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details (item names, quantities, total cost, and shipping address). Double-check this email—errors in the shipping address or Personalized Design specifications (e.g., incorrect embroidery text) may delay delivery, as we prioritize fulfilling the exact order you confirm.
Orders for in-stock items (Trendy New Products, Street Dressing) are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized Design orders, which require custom production, may take 5–10 business days.
